Night Study in Red
This work sits between drawing and painting. It is less about image fidelity and more about how an unstable red field can hold figure, blur, and edge at once.
A drawing and paint study focusing on compressed movement and thin line density.
The image is built through repeated passes so that colour behaves less like a surface and more like a field pressure. Marks are left visible, but the total image stays compressed and quiet.
